This is just stuff that I've noticed, and you might have known about it before. The RX7 is upgradeable to 399, but we don't know if that's the case with the other abandoned cars. The only other two that I can recommend off the top of my head with experience are the Koenigsegg Regera (not unlocked yet) and the Nissan Skyline 2000 GT-R (abandoned car, currently unobtainable on console.)
